A Proper First Post

 I have been entertaining the idea of starting a blog for quite sometime now, so here we are, my very first post. It is four days after Christmas, two days before 2012, and I am seven days out from starting my second semester of nursing school. I thought I should jump on this thang' before I get caught up in Spring semester. This blog was born for no particular reason or topic, although I think this may keep me sane while I continue my trek toward an RN license. The next two years have a lot in store for me and will be some of the most important years of my life. I WILL GRADUATE  nursing school (trying to keep my confidence up....it's by far the hardest thing I have ever encountered) and start a my career as a nurse, I plan to renovate my parents' rental house and make it a nest of my own, and I have my fingers crossed for an engagement sometime in the next few years..eeeekk! So please join me on my adventure and keep me company while I share my baking and cake decorating adventures, tackle DIY projects, strive to learn more about photography, talk about my boyfraaan/bff, and dish on daily life and the latest happenings.
